I moved to Calgary from Winnipeg and met Jim through a friend of mine. I wasn't really looking for a home when I met Jim but by the end of the night I wanted to buy one, lol. I was going to rent for a while but he brought up some good points and convinced me to consider a purchase. He showed me a total of 8 properties but it was the seventh, that I loved. I put in an offer and after a little haggling, I bought a beautiful bungalow. The process seemed a lot simpler than it did when I bought a home in Winnipeg.

Jim Neal did a fabulous job of marketing our property for my husband and I. When we first met, Jim clearly explained what we would need to do in order to sell our home quicker and for top dollar, in todays market. Jim was quite forward about our part in the selling process. He gave us a list of things to do that would help our home show better. Jim walked through every room and made notes about what needed to be cleaned, sorted and stacked for our home to show at it's best. It was a lot of work but my husband and I knew there was a lot of competition on the street. We had to make sure our property had some wow! We followed the list and in about 8 days we had it done. Our home sold quicker than we expected but because we had cleaned everything up, the move went smoothly.
